Background
Health and fitness has always been a very interesting and gratifying field in my life. My love and passion for fitness was sparked from my competitive background in various sports such as soccer and track. On top of participating in sports, I trained and coached high school track and field sprint athletes in various areas including: speed and power. After sports, I graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and a minor in Nutrition. Using this knowledge, I went on to become a personal trainer and to help as many people as I could and guide them to their fitness goals.
My Goal
My mission is to help each individual get to their health and fitness goals in the safest and fastest way possible using the skills and programs I have developed over the years. When I first started working out, I had no clue what I was doing. I was only 15 years old and I wanted to put on more muscle like my older brothers. So I lifted anything I could with no reasoning or planning thinking that I would gain more muscle but this wasn’t the case. I continued that style of working out for 2 years and lost all of my potential progress because I didn’t have the proper knowledge or guidance. This type of scenario is very common and happens to a vast majority of individuals. My aim is not only to help you reach your goals and prevent you from wasting your time, but to also teach you healthy habits for the future.
